The young graduates aspiring to step into a career in
MANAGEMENT should spend 1 minute on this.
Why MBA?
Is it just for the sake of earning another degree? OR Is it
a symbol of status for you in your society? OR Is it just to extend your student
life days for another couple of years? OR Is it to enable you to find a better
match in matrimony?
If the answer to all of the above questions is “NO” then
what for do you want an MBA?

wealth for the society)

responsible active citizenship (respect law)

development (caring for the environment and it’s state of existence for the future
generation)

Hard Work: There is no substitute for hard work and success follows hard work (Hard work is
mother of success). Hence prepare to succeed through hard work and remember
there is no short cut.
Attitude: Attitude builds altitude. It was said “We recruit
for attitude and train for skills”.

happens only through academic excellence.
Team Work: World is progressing on a collaborative mode. Now
interdisciplinary problem solving skills is most sought after. Train yourself
to be active team member and become a leader.
